My day in office

As i move from my dreams to the real world, i slowly recognize the bright sun hitting my bed, and the road getting busy min by min. i slowly gather my consious to make sure that today is a working day as every day for me seems to be a holiday but the reality is every day of the week is a working day. when i recognize that the i am already late to office i usually hear the last person leaving the room, with a bang on the door.
I slowly get up from the bed and get ready with a quick bath and half combed hair which will be always wet when i start from home, on my way to office i just think i get a place in the starting of the parking space but normally end up squeezing my bike between other two. when i enter the office day for most of the people has already began. most people take their first break as i break the silence and enter my cubical saying good morning.

Always i see every one busy working with some thing and i slowly move to my friend and ask this everyday "is there any issue", expecting a word non other than "NO". but mostly i end up getting the opposite of it. I get a sarcastic look from a person sitting in my next cubical and who is always busy, asking me a simple question "tasks for today?". i slowly get back to my desk recollect what all are pending in my plate and get a stack of the mail box items and promptly respond to her saying " i have these things pending" there comes a mail with a task for the day which i wish i don't see for at least a day. mean while i see some bright window popping up with some gud mornig messages, yeah obviously its the messenger which keeps people close to each other. i keep responding to those as a part of my work as the status change from online to meeting i remember about a approved meeting request.

i just run for the meeting which will be again a status meet or a issue resolution call which we need to discuss with the other person at client location. i always feel why right people are not sent to face the problem, and i never get an answer may be that a question for higher level people which they always answer as business requirement but for me i hear it as put of syllabus.
As the call gets over we always come back with a list of action items which we need to complete or send a status on that, as it goes i check the watch in the system which would be prompting around half past twelve, and my friends ping me for their part asking for a lunch break, i always reply saying 5 min which probably by now they would have got used to it and we just get back to our cubical after a jovial talk.

Afternoon is always my fastest part of life, it just passes and brings in evening, but still i have a pretty long break with my friends in pantry chatting something totally different from work and pressure. now back to work and i have some calls pending, normally attend it or get into a serious discussion and come up with some solution or more work to prove that my solution is working fine. later when i check my clock it would be 5:30 or so, now its time to take a break and have some juice but normally i push it till 6:30 which i feel ideal time to take a break, now there comes a problem??? yeah team calls me to join them, i promise my friends saying i will be there with them. now i try to play some time with my friends n most of the time with my team saying i would be going later or i am already done. now after a break its again work time, it would be already dark and work would be still pending, i try to complete as much as possible and try to push my dinner till 9:00 after which my friends would start coming to my place to pull me out, so i wind it up at that time get out for a very good dinner time, and mostly get back again with an intention to work, but end up sending out messages and go home mostly at pitch of darkness where my room mates would be already half asleep, i get back after a short refreshment and try to read some books but already tiredness and sleep would have conquered me and i have non other there than to submit myself for a sound and dreamy night which will again end up soon.
